INGREDIENTS

Processed grain by-products, calcium carbonate, plant protein products, salt, manganese sulfate, roughage products, thiamine mononitrate, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate, vitamin E supplement, selenium yeast, vitamin A supplement, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, ethylenediamine dihydroiodide, vitamin D-3 supplement, mineral oil, vegetable oil, cobalt carbonate

FEEDING DIRECTIONS:

Thoroughly mix 100 pounds of this medicated supplement with 1900 pounds of non-medicated grain to produce 2000 pounds (1 ton) of medicated grain mix containing 100 g/ton of Lasalocid. Feed this medicated grain mix daily at the rate of 0.90 lb per 100 pounds of bodyweight to provide 1 mg of Lasalocid per kilogram of bodyweight. Always provide a source of clean, fresh water.

WARNING: Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves.

CAUTION: The safety of Lasalocid for use in unapproved species has not been established. Do not allow horses or other equines access to feed containing Lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal. Type A articles or Type B feeds (cattle and sheep): Mix thoroughly with grain and/or roughage prior to feeding. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors may result in an excess Lasalocid concentration that could be fatal to cattle and sheep.

Hubbard does not use “Restricted-use Proteins” in their products and is in compliance with FDA and state requirements regarding the use, handling and storage of “Restricted-use Protein” products.
