Since 1979, Earlybird has been committed to this mission: providing quality nutrition, dependable service, and trusted solutions for livestock producers.
Our manufacturing journey began in 1985 at the original El Paso mill. In 1995, production moved to our current Goodfield facility, followed by the addition of our Roseville facility in 2018. This expansion strengthened our ability to serve more producers through both bagged and bulk feed delivery.
As our dealer network continued to grow, so did our opportunities. In 2020, Earlybird acquired businesses in Chapin and Marionville, MO, followed by the Triumph location in 2021. That same year, we completed our most efficient manufacturing facility in Chapin, with pelleting capabilities added to our network in early 2022.
While our facilities and reach have expanded, our purpose has never changed.
We believe livestock nutrition is about more than what goes into a feed bag. It’s about understanding the goals of each producer, building relationships that last, and providing nutritional solutions that help livestock reach their full potential.
Today, Earlybird offers a comprehensive lineup of proven complete feeds, Earlybird-branded products, and nationally recognized feed brands. Combined with the flexibility to develop customized feeding programs, our team is equipped to meet the unique needs of every operation.

We’ve taken a little extra time putting together our 2026 Illinois State Fair recaps because, quite simply, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for the families we have the privilege of working alongside.
This is the most backdrops we have ever shared from the Illinois State Fair Swine Show, and when we look through them, we see so much more than banners.
We see kids who set goals and worked all summer to chase them and we’re incredibly humbled by the fact that we get to work alongside, cheer on, and play even a small part in the journeys of so many of them.
